North Reading hair salon and makeup studio, Axle Color Studio, was chosen by Glamour Magazine and RevitaLash Cosmetics as one of three salons in the country to host a “Look of Ageless Beauty” event.
On Thursday, June 16th, Glamour Magazine and RevitaLash Cosmetics hosted a party at Axle Color Studio as part of RevitaLash’s 10th anniversary model search, a contest aimed at recognizing beauty of all ages and ethnicities while showcasing the natural beauty of the eyes. At the event, 60 guests were treated to hair and makeup touch-ups by Axle hairstylists and makeup artists, cocktails and bites from Above The Clouds Catering, professional photos by Dawn Kingston Photography and Polite in Public, and music by KISS 108’s DJ Costa.
RevitaLash Cosmetics and Glamour Magazine are searching the nation for women across all generations who represent the “Look of Ageless Beauty”, and ten finalists will be chosen by an expert panel that includes model-blogger-actress Julia Friedman, the founder and CEO of RevitaLash Cosmetics, Michael Brinkenhoff, M.D., and professional photographer Sarah Silver. Seven finalists will receive a $500 gift certificate to be redeemed on the RevitaLash Cosmetics website. Three grand-prize winners will receive a trip to New York for a photo shoot with Silver, a gift set from RevitaLash Cosmetics valued at more than $500, and the opportunity to appear in an issue of Glamour and serve as the face of RevitaLash Cosmetics’ 2017 media campaign.
